12-08-2020. Russian dancer Vladimir Nikitin in Nutcracker episode on TV in New York City

Principal dancer of Russian dance and music ensemble Barynya Vladimir Nikitin was hired to participate in Christmas Russian Winter TV episode dedicated to world-famous Nutcracker Ballet in New York City on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Because of Covid outbreak only three dancers were allowed to participate in Trepak the Russian dance. Vladimir Nikitin was performing Trepak in Cossack outfit. Also he did a bit of dancing and photoshoot in Russian Bear outfit.

On Wednesday, November 11th, 2020 Mikhail Smirnov, Elina Karokhina, Alisa Egorova, Vladimir Nikitin performed a virtual performance-showcase for Southeastern Wisconsin Library Youth Services. 10 min demonstation included Russian folk dance Kalinka, Russian dance Metelitsa, Ukrainian dance Pidmanula and other selections. SEWI Youth Services Performers’ Showcase 2020 happened online via Zoom Webinar. Library staffs from Arrowhead, Bridges, Kenosha County, Lakeshores, Milwaukee County and Monarch Library Systems registered at no cost. This program was sponsored by the Southeastern Wisconsin public library systems: Arrowhead Library System, Bridges Library System, Kenosha County Library System, Lakeshores Library System, Milwaukee County Federated Library System and Monarch Library System.

Untermyer Park and Gardens (остатки поместья Сэмюэля Дж. Унтермайера "Грейстон") - исторический городской общественный парк площадью 43 акра, расположенный в Йонкерсе, штат Нью-Йорк, в округе Вестчестер, к северу от Манхаттена. На концерте было примерно пятьдесят человек зрителей (строго по пригласительным билетам). Вся публика была в масках. Люди сидели друг от друга на расстоянии в шесть футов (примерно два метра). Russian traditional dance, song and music Ensemble Barynya (Sergei Tsganok, Mikhail Smirnov, Konstantin Tulinov, Vladimir Nikitin, and Dinara Subaeva) provided Russian folk dance and music presentation during mixed Russian-American wedding reception on Saturday, December 10th, 2016 at the George Peabody Library located in Peabody Institute, (exact address: 17 E Mt Vernon Pl, Baltimore, MD 21202). Dance selections included “Barynya” (Russian dance), “Kalinka” (Russian dance), Gypsy dance “Mardzhandzha”, Ukrainian traditional dance “Hopak”. Balalaika virtuoso Andrei Saveliev and Mikhail Smirnov (garmoshka, guitar, vocals) provided mix of Russian, Ukrainian, classical, modern, and Russian Gypsy music and songs during the cocktail hour. Dancers and musicians together performed 20 min set during reception's main course.

Third Annual Nelson Mandela Humanitarian Award in Brooklyn, New York

Ensemble Barynya performed during the Third Annual Nelson "Madiba" Mandela Humanitarian Award organized by the Bedford Stuyvesant Museum of African Art (BSMAA) at the Brooklyn Music School in Brooklyn, New York 11216.
