PROGRAM
The company performed Russian, Cossack, Russian Gypsy, and Ukrainian traditional dances, folk and popular songs, virtuoso performances on balalaika, garmoshka, balalaika contrabass, Gypsy and classic guitars with explanation of the program in English. Colorful Russian, Gypsy, Cossack, Ukrainian stage costumes: "sarafans", "rubashkas", "sapogis", and "kosovorotkas". Each dance number performed in authentic costumes, all hand-made by Svetlana Gavrilova.

Performance of Russian song, music and dance ensemble Barynya (Artistic Director/Founder Mikhail Smirnov) took place in Lakeside, Ohio at the Hoover Auditorium.
