Balalaika virtuoso Elina Karokhina led the Barynya balalaika trio for a performance during BDAA concert at the Sarasota Opera House. Singer Irina Zagornova was invited to sing popular Russian song "The Volga River" ("Techyot Reka Volga", "Течёт река Волга") with the BDAA balalaika and domra orchestra. Irina has also performed couple of songs with Barynya Balalaika Trio. Leonid Bruk surprised everybody with his flowless performance on his huge balalaika-contrabass. Garmoshka and guitar player Mikhail Smirnov was singing a lot of popular songs including "Long Road", "Dark Eyes", "Katyusha", "Korobushka", "Kalinka" before the concert in Sarasota Opera House's foyer when people were gathering and waiting for the show to start.
