  
Belly dancer Lusi from Battle Creek, Michigan
Belly Dancer Lusi Lane from Battle Creek, Michigan have been dancing
since age of seven. She learned folk dances from various
countries such as Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Poland,
Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, India, Cuba and Greece.
In 1982 she started taking formal ballroom dance classes
at Studio Bruno Beloysova, Cultural Center "ZIL", Subway
station Avtozavodskaya, Moscow. There she mastered Slow
Fox, Figure Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Slow Waltz, Tango, Quick
Step, Polka, Russian Lyric, Sudaryshka, and Latin Dances;
Samba, Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive/Swing, Paso Doble, Tap, Gypsy Tap,
Charleston, Disco, Lambada, Sirtaki (Greek), Acrobatic Rock &
Roll, Gypsy, Flamenco, Turkish/Egyptian Belly dance, Salsa,
Merinque, Mambo.
In 1983 Lusi Lane started to work as a dance teacher.
Lusi have participated in dance competition and performed in many
different dance venues, festivals, national holidays and celebrations in Moscow, Russia.
