Dancer Tara Kuhl grew up on Long Island (New York). She began her dance journey at 19 months old at her aunts dance studio. By two years old age she was dancing in her first recital and she loved it. Her aunt had to chase her around the stage to get her off. Everyone knew what Tara would be doing with her life. Tara has competed in many dance competitions. She has consistently won high score. During this time she also danced with the Griffith Academy of dance in Connecticut on scholarship. She rapidly became a champion Irish step dancer. She is ranked 5th in new England, 17th in North America, and 36th in the world. She currently dances at steps on Broadway where she's trained by Elena kunikova and Yi jhang, and also Alexander Filipov. Tara is a member of the Griffith Celtic dance company. She has performed with the company at Foxwoods hotel and many other venues. Tara is thrilled to be joining American Liberty Ballet. In 2022 Tara Kuhl has started to perform with Barynya dancers.
