Classic Ballet dancer Vitaly from New York City

Classic Ballet dancer Vitaly Verterich from New York City was trained at the Kiev Ballet Academy and the Moscow Academy of Art. After graduating, he danced solo roles in classical and contemporary works with the Russian Chamber Ballet Theatre, and often appeared as a guest principal dancer with the Bolshoi and Kirov. In 1998, Vitaly was a principal dancer with the Moscow Ballet when Michael Flatley invited him to join world-famous "Riverdance". Vitaly toured Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States with the "Riverdance", and performed with the company on Broadway. Currently, Vitaly works as a principal dancer at the New Jersey Ballet Company. His teaching experience began in 2002, and now he is in the faculty at VKDCNY and Ballet Arts in New York City.
