Tsyganksi Russian ensemble "Moscow Gypsy Army" led by famous ethnic Gypsy singer and musician Vassiliy Yancovic-Romani presented a program of traditional Gypsy (Romani) songs, instrumental numbers and dances on Tuesday, September 13th, 2016 at the Temple Bnai Jeshrun located in Short Hills, New Jersey. In the end of January 2008 legendary Russian Gypsy singer Zhenya Shevchenko (1927-2009) has hired "Moscow Gypsy Army" to accompany her 80th B-day Celebration Solo concert at THE KAYE Playhouse Theatre at the Hunter College in New York City. It was Zhenya Shevchenko's last public performance.
